In designing the Dr. Martens ReWair site for Archive, I worked to translate a brand with fun, graphic visual vibes to an experience that would play up how well Dr. Martens shoes get with wear. I partnerned with the Dr. Martens team to develop an extension of their brand vocabulary for our site, which would be on-brand yet distinctive from the main ecommerce experience.

Notable features for this build included a reworked sticky Add to Bag element for lower-friction shopping, a graphic condition guide so users can understand what state their item is in, an area where users can learn how to care for their item, and a vintage section where users can shop Rare Pairs.

As part of our branding direction for the ReWair segment of the Dr. Martens brand, we workshopped different logos and color schemes. I love the kick of yellow we landed with for the site navigation and other branding materials, and the irregularity and personality of the final logo.
