My team oversaw the creation of the lululemon Like New site after Archive won the program away from a competitor. We’ve seen incredible improvements to program performance since the switch, which moved the site to an updated, sleeker design and feel, while also giving lululemon upgraded UX per the best practices developed by our team for reocmmerce.
Notable features for lululemon Like New include the Hidden Gems section, where users can shop a treasure trove of items without product identification, in a way that’s easy and fun instead of a chore. Our shuffle feature allows users to quickly see new product from the hundreds available. A quiz (developed mainly by my wonderful team member Amber Hanschu) is a fun way to prompt users to filter down immediately to product that’s right for them. An in-modal, faster shopping experience allows users to more quickly show product that has less data, and a special wishlist feature for Hidden Gems allows users to quickly save and shop their favorites. We also have a smart feature allowing users to surface similar items from the Hidden Gems trove.
In addition to the new website, we developed marketing collatoral and other brand resources, evolving and upgrading the like new brand aesthetic.
Working with the lululemon team was a dream (full of smart and creative people), and I’m grateful for the opportunity for my team to partner with their caliber of brand.
