One of the first brands I worked on at Archive was The North Face.
Part of my work for The North Face includes creating a trade-in flow for RENEWED in which customers can bring their used items into one of The North Face’s stores and trade them in for credit. We worked to make this an easy, frictionless experience for store employees, designing an app and also considering what other steps would need to be taken for a successful in-store management of product.
I also created a separate trade-in flow that allows user to mail in their eligible items and receive store credit once the items are accepted and approved.
Their REMADE section allows users to shop refurbished pieces. I led the creation of an experience for an auction of special REMADE items, such as the “Snow Patrol” jacket pictured here.
Another project for The North Face RENEWED was creating a tool that would allow the brand to put certain items at a discount, with a user experience and interface details that would make it clear to customers the difference between the discounted price, the previous price on RENEWED, and the original retail value.
